F.lli Milano & C. was born in 1950 in Cuneo as a transport company but, in that same year, it decided to specialise in private (and later company) removal services in order to satisfy market requirements, and today it guarantees the best quality standards in both sectors.
For over fifty years, we have been offering our wide range of clients a high-quality service with the purpose of satisfying our Clients’ needs, whether we are dealing with household, archive or library furniture and/or other goods, sophisticated machinery, laboratories, art works and art shows, providing the widest range of resources, vehicles, technologies and sophisticated equipment available on the market.
Traslochi F.lli Milano & C. is synonymous of punctuality, professionalism and seriousness, and its service network covers the whole of Italy - through the Consorzio Nazionale Traslocatori (the Italian National Movers Consortium), which we have been part of since it was established in 1988 – as well as the European territory through the largest group of consortia/associations of moving companies: EMG (European Moving Group), which we joined in 2006. In addition, we are also present on an international level thanks to our collaboration with leading overseas companies; we also carry out all Import/Export clearing and customs procedures. Customer satisfaction is our mission.
In 2003, we opened our Varazze branch to improve our service and meet the requirements of our Clients from the Liguria region.
All Traslochi F.lli Milano & C. staff is competent, highly-qualified and extremely trustworthy, and they are able to carry out all phases of the moving process in detail, from the initial free site inspection for the purpose of providing a detailed and complete quotation, to the planning and coordination of dates and times with clients and, finally, to the actual removal itself, with special attention being paid to packing, disassembly, unloading, transport, delivery and reassembly, using personnel and equipment that is most suited for each task.
Thanks to the careful assessment of its Clients’ needs, to its professional staff, all of whom are regularly trained and kept informed of latest developments in the industry by means of training courses organised by the company itself, as well as to the special moving equipment and vehicles all of which are synonymous with quality, professionalism and flexibility, Traslochi F.lli Milano & C. is able to offer each one of its Clients a tailor-made service.

Our company fleet consists of:
• Outdoor lifting machines of various sizes, heights and capacities;
• Special boxed and padded vehicles with capacities from 0.5 to 24 tons with loading volumes ranging from 4m3 to 70m3, some of which have tail lifts;
• Technologically-advanced equipment for the horizontal movement of particularly bulky, delicate and/or heavy objects such as hydraulic trolleys, pall-backs etc…;
• Special equipment for vertical movement on ladders such as Easy-move and Pianoplan, which are particularly suitable for moving safe boxes and armoured cupboards;
• Special trolleys for moving library assets from libraries or folders from archives;
• All kinds of rigid containers, boxes and protective material to meet all types of packing needs.
Within our company, we have created a small carpentry department to make customised wooden crates, which can be padded and insulated to move works of art, cultural goods, particularly-valuable furniture and historical artefacts. Traslochi Fratelli Milano & C. is always on the lookout for new packing materials and solutions to offer its Clients as it strives to satisfy their needs.
For special removals involving libraries and archives – including historical ones – we also offer special dust-removal and vacuuming services for books, using special machinery with dust hoods and filters.
Inside our storerooms, we also have designated areas and containers where we can store our Clients’ furniture and personal effects while they wait for their new house or place of final destination to be ready. These same areas can be used as archives for Companies and offices that do not have enough space available, or whose storage areas do not comply with current fire and accident-preventions laws. Moreover, containers can also be fitted with metal shelves to facilitate the procedure of storing documents.
We are also able to plan, design and make new archives and/or storerooms, including supply and assembly of metal shelves, compact and/or rotating cupboards, in accordance with our Clients’ requirements.
For all the above-mentioned services, in addition to the normal insurance coverage required by current legislation and upon Clients’ request, we also provide customised “All-inclusive” insurance policies with leading insurance companies for the goods being moved.
